Frequently asked questions

What's your refund policy?

We want to make sure you are satisified with your Vicidial cluster. If you would like a refund, please let us know with 48 hours of your cluster being provisioned and we will issue a 100% refund. After 48 hours, please contact us.

How long will it take for my cluster to be ready?

We normally provision clusters within 30 - 60 minutes of receivng your payment. If it is after our normal office hours, if will take longer. Our normal office hours are from 07.00 - 22.00 Eastern Time.

What if I need a support?

If you need support, we are here to help. Please note that we will not administer your Vicidial campaigns, etc. It is assumed that you know how to use Vicidial. However, if you need help administering Vicidial, setting up Campaigns, etc., we offer that as a seperate service. Pleaes contact us if you need help and we can walk you through it.

Which other services are offered?

With our sister company, We also offer call center compliance services to help your organization stay in compliance with the FCC. Using our proprietary algorithms, we offer Do Not Call dipping, CallerID reputation scoring, Number Disconnected validation (is the number in question disconnected), and Phone Number Ownership verification.

Can you recommend a SIP provider?

Yes. If you need a SIP provider, please reach out to us and we will connect you with our preferred vendor.
